I need help with OBS rate control..

So basically I usually record using the new turing Nvenc encoder with CQP rate control, but eventually CQP eats up a lot of storage even though I increased the value to 25 to get lower quality equals lower filesize. But even then, the filesize still is a problem for me, clocking at around 3000 - 6000 kbps data bitrate. It totals up to around 2 GB/hour and that is a big problem for me, because I regularly record everytime I play with my friends so that I could turn it into a funny moments video. I usually compress those big filesize videos, but encoding takes time, my computer is good, just not good enough for encoding. Should I change to VBR? I heard they're good alternatives to CQP, because the bitrates varies during recording.. I don't know. I need your recommendation, thanks for reading and helping.

My specs:
Core i3 10100
8 GB 2666Mhz dual channel ram
gtx 1650 ddr6
120 gb ssd and 1 tb hdd

Also this is my log if it's important https://obsproject.com/logs/D6Cux1APKP7TXfz4 and this is the video that it's produced.

TL;DR - I record using CQP level 25, it eats my hdd very quickly, I need some solution.
