Question / Help I need help with Obs Lagging while my gameplay is smooth

My stream lags while my game or fps is good as always. I tried lowering down the Bitrate and it's still the same. It was running fine with the same settings before yesterday.

Need a log from a recording or streaming session that is complete (started and stopped, with your observed problem happening in between). This log shows app startup only, no operation, so no performance data is included.
