Question / Help I need help with obs and how to reduce lag.

These are my specs
Intel core i5 5300
Intel HD graphics 5500
4gb ram
I want to stream at 60fps with quicksync
with simple mode (Speed preset) but the game still lags (Roblox)
also i want to keep quality
So what should i do

Also i have game mode enabled
I have obs in admin
and i have no background process whilst playing

your hardware have not the power to do that
quicksync is part of your IntelHD and thats a part of your CPU
so if the game laggs the reason is the workload to do is more then the work he can do
reduce details ingame and if that not helps reduce resolution

more you can't make until buy hardware that can handle the required workload

Ok so i reduced it to 30fps and it looks super smooth thx man XD
also i put my bitrate as 4500 as 5000 makes me drop frames and anything below 4000 makes it looks kinda "Choppy"
I also put my ingame resoultion as 1280x720 (No strech res) so i will not lose quality
Also i put my downscale filter to blinear (base output and scaled resoultion are the same) however i put my scale filtering for roblox on bicubic
