I need help with my recording settings. My OBS version: OBS 20.01 (64bit, windows)

I need help with recording on Roblox. I found out, but when I record a nice, long video. It became laggy. I came here so people can some help me. I really need some help, Roblox, might be a kid's game. But you can get up to a lot of views, and I want to start a new career on it. I will thank you for the people who come and help me. Thanks!

For high-quality, no fuss recordings, use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output when in Simple output mode. In the recording section, change the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, and then select your encoder.
