I need help with my conection

When I want to do a live I have a lot of lost frames, my bitrate goes up and down is always unstable, I have 50mb of upload and 50mb of download. I have a good PC, is there a way to open ports for twitch or change some DNS or do something ?. Thanks

you aren't using WiFi are you? a basic no-no
assuming not a WiFi bandwidth issue, bitrate fluctuating often indicates inadequate PC resources (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O) for your settings
Anyone else at home using that upload bandwidth (ie contention... saying you don't think so doesn't count as a meaningful answer.. you need to know what other bandwidth consumption is... not guess/assume)

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
