In the last two days i started getting this error on obs when i record something (Fortnite or CS:GO) with almost every bitrate possible and the video is extremely choppy. I have same PC for like two months or more and i made some really high quality recordings with this same PC before. Down is my setup i know it's weak but it worked before and i use GPU encoder H264 with mp4 format.
GPU: Red Dragon RX 460
CPU: AMD Athlon x4 750k
RAM: 8gb dual channel 1600mhz
I tried reinstalling the OBS and i tried both new version of the GPU driver and the recommended one.
