Question / Help I need help setting up my streams/recordings

I play Overwatch and really nothing else, my specs:
i7-6700K
RX 480 8gb
32gb 3000mhz RAM
Running duel displays, one's a gaming monitor, other is just a small TV
What do I enable, what do I disable?
I really want to stream and stream well, I am hooked up through ethernet, with a strong connection, so bandwidth isn't a problem.
