When I use pr, I open obs, then obs has crashed. I don't use adobe CC. I try to delete all the pr, but it didn't work.

StreamFX is causing the crash. Look for updates and support on the plugin page.

Crash is an intentional crash when files are missing. Usually caused by manually moving files, or somehow managing to uninstall StreamFX while obs is running.
