You do not 'connect to' OBS Studio, typically.
OBS Studio composites (combines) multiple Sources (Inputs.. audio and video) and Outputs (Recording locally and/or Streaming)
And using WiFi to stream is almost always a bad place ot start, unless you have expertise is managing & monitoring WiFi radio frequency utilization... for some people, in their specific WiFi environment (which includes neighbors), WiFi connected streaming works. In others it doesn't.. and that is normal and to be expected
