i need help for streaming

I want to stream on twitch but anytime i press the button on the bottom right it gives this error. Im new to OBS and to streaming please give me help.

Open OBS Settings, go to Advanced, scroll to Network, set Bind to IP to Default (if not already) or an IP4 address (the one with only numbers and .s. IP6 addresses have : in the them) [Apply] [OK]
