I need help asap for my recording issue

my problem is when I record a 60 long video for example I stop the recording and go to see what I recorded I find that obs only record half or less of what I want I don't have any idea why.
I use it to record my lectures and I really need the full recording for my studies so I will be saved if I get so fast help.
thanks so much in advance. and I will attach the issues log it might help you figure out what is the issue. but there are some testing logs too
btw I tried different settings hoping that it will work one of what I did is changing the recording quality.

1. Disable Hardware Acceleration in Chrome
2. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. Change your OBS FPS from 100 to 30.

i tries to run as an admin and not as admin + tried 100 frames and 30 frame limit with admins and not too

Looks like you have the Output Timer enabled.

Tools > Output Timer > Uncheck box for "Enable recording timer..." > [Close].
