Question / Help I need a good bitrate for live streaming CS:GO

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70 GHz 2.71 GHz
RAM: 12 GB

Internet speeds:

Download: 24.45 Mbps
Upload: 9.32 Mbps

CS:GO Settings (can be changed to lower on most options)

i really need a fix for this because i really need clear high quality streams for csgo

Fix for what? You get better quality by downscaling the resolution, increasing bitrate or using a slower cpu preset
