The PI is definitely a possibility but we're still not sure. However, we are willing to pay for the expertise to understand and build it correctly.
QVH is a medical video recording company. We record surgical instances at hospitals and clinics.
And we are redesigning our systems. We've identified OBS as the main candidate for accomplishing what we need. We are looking for a consultant that can understand our approach (or advise alternatively), then design, program and implement the best system possible.
