Question / Help I need a bit of help with my Stream settings, Stream looks blurry.!!

Hello there,

I know from my logs you will see that my PC is not a high end or not even close to that what so ever!.

For the past 2 3 days that i'm trying to start streaming mostly for my own plesure i see that my Stream is blurry and becomes even worse if there is a lot of action on my screen. I can say that my bitrate is low really low. I think i can get it up by 100-300 kbps more but that will be that! ( number are on the log )
Is there any way for me to make my stream quality more crisp like?
If my english are bad forgive me. It's not my native language.!!

Start by switching to 30fps, it requires between 50% and 100% more bitrate and a flat 100% more cpu time to maintain quality.

Or better yet, run the autoconfiguration wizard in the tools menu.

The Wizard produce even worse quality than i had.
Just to make a quick note. I'm not dropping frames, out of 4 hours o stream yday i had 0.01% lose.

I went back to 30fps, gave a bit of more bitrate to 1800 or so. still not smooth stream.

With my hardware would i be able to achieve a clear 720p 30/60 fps stream, or on my case is purely a bitrate issue? I'm just asking because that so i don't consume your time more than i already have!
