Question / Help I lag while playing cs:go/lol live

Basicaly, the only online games that i play on stream are cs:go and league. When I'm streaming i get 80ms spikes from the regular 35. I would like to know if there's something I'm doing wrong. Please tell me if I need to add any information so you can help me.

Try scaling ONLY in VIDEO settings section.
Then, in output, UNSELECT rescale output.


I had same issue and this was my solution.

(Core 2 Quad Q6600 OC 3. Ghz; GTX 750Ti)
I use NVENC x264 encoder. Canvas 1600x900 (real resolution 1440x900; so, a bit stretched canvas)
In VIDEO settings I scale to 1280x720 , Lanczos, 30 fps

In Output, I use;
bitrate 2500 -----> 1800 is also good, and better for your needs I think (this is minimum for 720p)
keyframe 2
Low Latency High Quality
Profile High
Level Auto
B-Frames 2
