Hello I really need help fixing my stream I have a Pc 4 months old with good specs and still lag

I dont know if this will help you but i recently had encoutered issues with lag on laptop and here is how i solved it:
Right click obs icon and select run with graphic processor (you should have option with nvidia in name there). You click on that and OBS should run using your graphics card. Unfortunately when i did this my monitor capture stopped working so i need to capture all my games by classic game capture setting in OBS but that is small issue copared to lag.
