I keep getting this message window pop up whenever I open OBS

Whenever I open OBS Studio, I get a small window that pops up also that says:

"[countdown.lua] Error loading file: cannot open /Applications/OBS.app/Contents/Resources/data/obs-plugins/frontend-tools/scripts/countdown.lua: No such file or directory"

How do I stop this message from popping up?

Thanks for the hint about where to look. I had the same problem but with the lower-thirds keyboard LUA file. I registered it and all is good.

Error loading file: cannot open C:/Program Files/obs-studio/data/obs-plugins/frontend-tools/scripts/TormyVanCool_OBS_AdaptiveCountDown.lua: No such file or directory
