I keep getting disconnected to Twitch servers.

The network connection to the server is being lost. This is not an OBS issue, it is a network issue between you and the Restream endpoint. OBS can do nothing to cause or fix this at all.

Fun fact, 95%+ of your connection to any given server on the internet is entirely out of your control. Packet routing is like links in a chain. If a link between you and the end fails, your connection will die without you changing anything at all on your end. It can go from great to awful and back to great without you doing anything, and being unable to do anything.

Recommend switching to a different endpoint, or streaming direct to your endpoint service (Twitch/YouTube/whatever) without the multiplexing.
Streaming to multiple services also tends to fracture your viewer-base, and is a bad idea in general.

Appreciate the response!
I wanna clarify that this is my first time using Restream (I'm only streaming on Twitch) coz my friend recommended me to try if I'm still gonna get disconnected using another server from another site/service. After trying a couple of times last night, I am still getting disconnected. So I switched back to Twitch and still the same. This is very frustrating as I've never had this experience in my 3 years of streaming. This started last year, which after trying to use an old version of OBS fixed it momentarily. And now no matter which version I use, or server I try, I still have same issue.

Unfortunately yeah, that's a network connection problem. The old version 'fixing it' probably just was coincidental timing.

If you haven't power-cycled your modem and/or router in a while, that'd be the first step. Lots of consumer modems/routers with long uptime can get a little funny and start dropping out. You could also check the device logs (if you have access) to see if it restarted or had a connection problem at that time.

After that, you could install something like PingPlotter (they have a free version) and set it to watch the connection to your chosen ingest server. At least at that point you'd be able to see at what point the connection is dying; if it's your LAN to your modem, the connection from your modem to your ISP, somewhere in your ISP's intranet, or somewhere upstream of them on the internet backbone.
At that point if it's your ISP, you can call them up and tell them that your connection keeps dying, and it seems to be after (server IP on their intranet) that it's happening on. They may deny it, but at least it MIGHT get some eyes on the problem, if it IS on their end.
