I just recorded a Zoom presentation and the video is frozen whilst the audio carries on as normal. Help!!

So, I just recently came off of a Zoom presentation for work. I had recorded it using OBS using default settings and Display Capture mode. However, once I started playing back the recorded footage, everything is frozen and only the audio is running. For the purposes of this post, I did a re-recording but the same issues in the re-recording also applies to the recorded Zoom presentation.

Is there any way I can fix the file and be able to see it as normal? Also, what settings should I change so that this won't happen again?
