I just discovered that I can use the OBS virtual cam as an input for Zoom BUT All I get is a REALLY choppy video

I don't know what I am doing wrong or why the video is stop action. It seems to be it shows one picture every four seconds

I am also looking for the same. When projecting on Zoom app using OBS, the video quality is bad. Sharing the screen directly on Zoom gives a great display to the recipient. Please help me to rectify this.
