I installed Recursion and now OBS will not load on my Mac mini

I'm not too sure why this has happened, however I uninstalled both OBS & Recursion and then re-installed OBS and it is still giving me the same error msg.
My OS is Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 Mac mini and had an older version of OBS running. I am very green to all of this and just want to know if anyone can offer suggestions.
