Question / Help I hear myself with all devices disabled.

I open OBS and I can hear myself breathing, keyboard strokes and mouse clicks. I want to configure the mic to only capture when I push to talk BUT in my troubleshooting I disable all devices listed in the audio settings I continue to hear myself. I checked my drivers on the windows side and everything inside Device Management and disable all other recording devices other than my headset mic. When I return to OBS it continues to echo my voice about a half a second after I test speak. Im really baffled as to what is causing my voice to echo in my headset. When I close out OBS it goes back to normal.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. I have updated drivers on my w10 PC. I have rebooted by pc.

Please help.
