I hear my own voice loud enough, but not from other person in recorded videocall

Hello,

Everything is alright with my own voice when it's recorded (e.g. no echo), but the problem with the desktop audio is that I can hear it really softly.

What do I need to change?

Can you screenshot your settings? Post a recording that shows the problem? OBS is flexible enough, and its users are creative enough (take that as you will :-) ), that it could be any number of things. It could even be something with the voicecall and not OBS at all. No way to tell without details.
