Question / Help I hawe some problems with online streaming

Hello. I have some problems with Online Streaming on Twitch. Soe here my Problem.

I have a very poor quality on online Streaming on Twitch. The Local Streaming is very good but the Online is very bad.

I have a good internet connection

Download: 70MB/s
Upload: 60-65 MB/s

I have a Inteli i7 6700k and a gtx 1080 with 16GB Ram (2333 hz)

What shoold i do?
