Question / Help I have tried everything!!!!!

I was have been streaming for months with no problem. Monday this week I start my stream and insta high encoding! I have tried all the trouble shooting. I have checked my CPU and GPU . I took my stream down to bare bones and still insta high encoding. I have my ISP coming out tomorrow to check the connection. Here is my logs from the last time I hit start streaming

I use malwarebytes

Then Monday high encoding

The log doesn't show high encoding. It shows your internet connection failing.

How do you see that. I want to show the Tech coming out tomorrow.
