I recently started streaming from my Xbox via the Elgato and it is fun so far, but i have had issues with the quality of the Stream. I 'm streaming from my Laptop with these Specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz
8gb ram
Geforce 940m

Internet Upload Speed: 2,8 MB

The stream works somewhat fine but after a couple of minutes it starts lagging and chopping pretty badly. I know that my Laptop is not the fastest, but i have already tried to mark down the settings accordingly, with no luck.

Is there something I am missing, that could make my stream quality better? I have attached a log from my recent Stream:

i would lower the bitrate.the problem is that the bitrate is not exactly constant 2,5. (sometimes obs uses more bitrate, sometimes lower bitrate) so if you only have 2,8 up and you use 2,5 for your stream it may be happen that obs uses 2,8 or 2,9 for a sec. so you can try 2mbit, its probably fine. also you should change your preset as low as your cpu allows. it improves stream quality alot.
