I have problem when connect two EZCAP video interface device

I have problem when connect two EZCAP video interface device. Each interface capturing a PTZ camera via SDI connection.

The Windows recognizes both, but when enabling capture OBS only accepts one interface at a time.

Windows 10 CPU, Core I7-4790 3.60 GHz, 32 RAM, Focusrite 2i2 Audio Interface, 2x EZCap Video Interface

EZCAP 286 1080P HD SDI
IT9910 CAPTURE FILTER
MULTIPLE EZCAP
