Question / Help I have Mirrored Windows in initial capture?

When i first start the OBS, the window to capture is like looking in a mirror with a mirror....that is many of the same window many windows deep?... Cannot figure out to fix it.. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Need help...

This is normal. You are capturing the display on which OBS is running, which means you are capturing OBS.

Usual use cases for OBS involve a 2nd display, or minimizing OBS and controlling it with hotkeys.
