Question / Help I have excellent hardware but still get lag during recording and streaming on obs.

Im trying to stream/record (separately, not at same time) on Apex legends. I have my settings in game set to the lowest quality and I get no gameplay lag whatsoever but my recordings miss frames. I have 16GB DDR4, a i7-9700k, and an msi rtx 2700 armor 8G. I've tried everything I can think of and everything I can find online to fix it and nothing seems to help. I tagged my last log file. Thank you for any help!
