Question / Help I have downloaded OBS and can not get it to stream or record help

I have tried updating and reinstalling windows and geforce 970 and my AMD ryzen driver, but not great with the pc stuff so sure I am missing some small detail even with following tutorials on the set up for it. The screen does show the picture from my capture card and audio works but when streaming it comes up with the error stating the encoder needs updated but in setting NVENC does appear

You probably need to update your Nvidia drivers.

thanks I had to reinstall and the update nvidia drivers as oppose to just trying to update it
