Question / Help I have been trying to stream on twitch and i have all the settings that the admins and Devs had recommended to other people in other forum postings

in the launcher or what ever it is I have 60 fps everything looks good and fine and im using game capture but the moment i start playing it begins to stutter i have it 720 for the res and ultra fast on this and that and the best bit rate for the stream fps is 4500 which only gets me 27 fps but using nividea i am getting my 60 fps on 1080 but it keeps losing connection so i switched to this after i saw popular streamers recommended it and i have no clue what i am doing wrong but the quality is garbage and i don't know why I've read other forums for people with similar issues please help
