I have AMD Radeon RX 6500 graphics card but not showing in obs studio, what to do?

As for the rendering lag, please don't ignore the pinned posts on this forum. A log file with an active session is needed.
Active session means that you start a stream, do as you normally do for no less than 30 seconds, stops the stream. Now look inside Help menu (yes, OBS has an useful help menu) and you'll find how to upload the current log file. Remember to restart OBS before you do the test.
