I have a problem with my internet on obs.

When I start the stream my bitrate goes directly red from green and it becomes 65% droprate. I even tested streaming from my phone on the same wifi but it was pretty good I don't know why this happens but I was doing really good streams and this problem started and I can't do stream for 3 months now on my pc. (My internet upload speed is 5mb/s) please help!

1) NEVER stream over wifi. Run a network cable. Yes, you absolutely can. Wifi is meant for lightweight content consumption, and is EXTREMELY susceptible to interference from a TON of sources.
2) Run R1ch's Twitch Bandwidth Test tool. You want a server with a Quality of 100.
3) Speed test sites are worthless for livestreamers. They test maximum peak speed, not minimum constant throughput (which livestreaming relies on).
4) 95% of your connection to a server on the internet is entirely out of your control. It can go from awesome to awful and back again, with zero changes made on your end.

real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding.
So what are you doing to monitor hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to check if your system is bottlenecking at some point with your settings. And it could have nothing to do with OBS, and instead be an Operating System config or background process causing your problem.
