I have a problem that I cannot solve with my resolution

Hello good, the monitor that I have is 1366x768, the thing is that I want to record at a good quality, and all video that I record comes out blurry and with poor quality. I have tried different configurations of all kinds in OBS and none have been able to solve this problem for me. I think that may be my resolution, I beg you if you could help me please, thank you. (I'm going to leave you some images of the configuration that I'm using now)

i3 6100 GTX 1050 TI (The configuration that you see below does not work for me and it records me at poor quality)

It looks like you are recording at 120 FPS. Try 60 or 30.
