Hi, I'm new at this and very unexperienced. I have a Panasonic HC-V770 camera and I want to make live videos with it and OBS. I bought the following adapter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FXHN43Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and I am using a Lenovo G40 with Windows 10.
When I try to add this video capture device, the screen is black and there is no capture. I don't know if it's the adapter, my computer or some wrong configuration, could you please help me?

Please help me

Thank you

It looks to me that the capture card requires a NVIDIA graphics processor and your computer only has a Intel.

19:02:13.730: Initializing D3D11...
19:02:13.730: Available Video Adapters:
19:02:13.738: Adapter 0: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500

Hardware requirements:
Desktop:Intel Core i5-3400+NVIDIA GT630
Notebook:Intel Core i7-U 2.0GHz+NVIDIA GT735
Mac:i5 quad-core or above, video card compatible with DirectX 10, sound card, 4GB DDR3 or more
USB 3.0 Power Supply:Intel Chipset with Built-in USB 3.0 Controller (Renesas, Fresco, etc.)

I opened another onw because I can't get an answer that actually helps. It's not the resolution because it's the same as the camera's. I haven't been able to solve this issue and that's why I'm asking for help.

But it's ok. I guess this won't work

Please don't open identical threads with the same topic. The definite answers to your issue, as far as it is possible to diagnose from the stuff and logs you posted, is this: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/cant-capture-my-panasonic-camera-video.115935/post-437273
