i got some stoping recording problem...pls help

i am recording for like half an hour and I'm not experiencing lag while recording all was fine and good but when I stop recording it's just stuck in "stopping recording" I waited a couple of minutes but it still stuck I just experience this the first time after a while I click it again and its done and I can record again but when I check the video it was laggy and the video as incomplete...pls help me
