Question / Help I get high ping in game (league of legends) while im streaming

Hi, I'm new at OBS and I can't find a way to stream my games without getting high ping such as 150ms or some times 300ms, when I normally get 66ms when I'm not streaming.
what can I do?

thanks, it's better, buts it stills spikes to 150ms can I change anything else to fix it?

Other than lowering the bitrate there probably isn't much else that will help.
