Hey all here's the link to my Log File. https://gist.github.com/anonymous/d99ba7f7167d10c16fc3fbf959e31f9c It's pretty much exclusively League of Legends. I don't even need to be recording. I simply open OBS and my frames constantly spike. I can play other games at high settings and not have any issues. Attached is what the Auto-Config Wizard set as my settings. Some information about my computer: I have Dual 1920x1080 monitors, one is an IPS 60hz and the other one (my main monitor) is a 144hz monitor with FreeSync. I have a Radeon RX 580 as my graphics card, 16GB of RAM, 550W EVGA SuperNOVA G2, and an i5-7600 3.5GHz Quad Processor. If that is too cluttered for you my pcpartpicker link is here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DzDYCy. If there is any other information needed let me know.

Don't have game and display capture in the same scene.

Also make sure that the Windows 10 CU Game Mode and Game DVR are turned off.

Make sure that the FPS in LoL is limited to your monitor's refresh rate (which I assume is the 144Hz monitor).

Select the limit fps capture option in the game capture source properties.

If you do all of that and still have issues, try keeping OBS on the monitor that the game is on. Sometimes having monitors with different refresh rates can lead to weird fps/performance drops.

What would be the best way to order my scenes? What is the difference between Game display and Display Capture?
