Well everyone after struggling my head about this matter and why it was making on my Dual PC Stream the strange audio under water i figure out it's when you add NOISE SUPRESSION in your Avermedia output on OBS Studio it goes crazy sounds.

As you can see by this thread i had open and in the end did not know what was making the sound and after clean OBS and put everything in order after i add the Noise Supression it begin to do that bug.
SOO if anyone have problems on that, there you go. I tested with -60 and even -30 noise supression it still does it, i guess capture card don't like it.
