I found a bug of noise in the OBS studio software.

Hello everyone. I found a bug in the OBS studio software. When I use a browser source to play videos. Browser property settings control audio through OBS.At this moment, monitoring is normal. However, when I minimize OBS or open other windows, OBS runs in the background. The sound changes and there is noise.

a bug? or is your computer overloaded and audio artifacts are just a easily noticeable symptom of the overload?
