I faced "NVENC Error: init_encoder_base" error when I tried to record . Is this related to Windows Insider?

I viewed the whole log file and it said something about "EncodeAPI Internal Error". Is this because of I'm running a dev version of Windows 11? If not how do I solve the problem?
