Question / Help I drop frames, lag while streaming I have tried everything can anyone help?

Been trying to fix this for a while now and nothing works ;/

forget about steraming via wireless wifi card. you need wired connection - thats why you drop frames
streaming 720p30 requires 2800 bitrate. not 10k - its crazy value
set it like in this pic

I've just posted on streaming via wireless. Worked for me for 2 hours solid, albeit at a considerably reduced bitrate.
