I dragged my screen to the side and now i can't see it - Please help me

its not just that my screen is black, I was moving around the screen, y'know experimenting, trying to understand the program, when I dragged the screen to the left, out of view and out of reach. I thought I might have just left it over under 'sources' so I could grab it again. But I tried clicking and dragging from over there and I don't know what to do. I'm using a laptop, Does it think I have two screen's and I dragged it over there? I don't know.

I just did, and it didn't seem to work.

CTRL+R over the selected capture source (in the Sources list) will reset the source Transform.
