When I downloaded it, it won't let me run it or open it because internet explorer immediately denies it and does not open it? I turned windows defender off and did the whole nine yards and I cant seem to have anything be working. I even tried to open it with a different app and that does not work!!!! >:((( I read great reviews on this encoder and I really want to use it for my streams! Also I don't even see a plugin option or button on OBS. Clearly you can see I don't know anything and I'm literally praying someone can help me step by step on how to do everything. Hope to hear back!
