I don't see

Hi! I have purchased an HDMI video grabber and I have downloaded OBS to see. The video grabber is DigitNow PCIe Capture HDMI 4K. I have followed the video grabber manual (is attached) to set OBS but I don't see. Can it be because my desktop PC does not respect the computer hardware requirements? (And I ask myself if they are compulsory). There is only one thing I didn't do. At the end it says to set the Video Delay (Async) to 470ms but I don't know how to do it.

Hi Redizon, the only thing I know is that the Video Delay is not to set anymore.
