I dont know why but my recording is laggy

Need another log that includes a recording session.
Before you start, you should create another scene & move either your game capture or display capture to it. Having both in the same scene can cause problems.

Record for a minute or so & then post the log. The log above doesn't have a recording session so I can't see your settings & if you're dropping frames.

Some lag but not bad.

CBR is really for streaming. You'll save HD space & get better quality using CQP, give these settings a try. If you want better quality, lower the CQ, if you want smaller files, raise the CQ.
