Question / Help I Don't Know Where OBS Downloaded To

I downloaded this. I have no idea where it downloaded to. This is the farthest i've gotten in installing anything on linux. Please. I beg of you. Help me.

What did you download?
Browsers usually download files to your Downloads directory. And you can view your latest download and open them or open the folder containing the file.

i downloaded obs studio, i entered the 3 commands it said on the "how to download" page for ubuntu on the official page thing for this. it didn't save to the download directory though, and that's what concerns me. My file space went down the correct amount though, so I know i downloaded it.

Found it! Apparently steam happened to be able to recognize it as a "non-steam game" so I was able to put it in my steam library. Go figure.

OBS is not a steam application, you installed it natively on your operating system. Just start it from your application menu (in category Multimedia or use the search).
