I have looked at youtube videos, I have asked people on twitch, I dont use NVIDIA so i cant select the OBS64 path I use Radeon. I am getting a blank screen when I try streaming, several times I have tried streaming OBS has crashed. I can stream Audio but not video. I dont know about recording I have not tried that yet.
I have read all the other posts here and none seem to be applicable.
I have checked that Deus Ex is on the same Rendering device as OBS and they are both using Direct 3D
I cant figure this one out for all the Lazzarith cards at Intels R&D Campus
