I don't hear audio from YT, VLC ... when OBS is running

Hi

So here is scenario repeating the problem:
- given I have running OBS and NOT recording, OBS is just running, ready to start recording
- when I play videos from eg. YouTube, VLS ...
- then I don't hear sounds from these videos
- when I turn off OBS
- then immediatelly the sounds from these videos "appears"

Beside above - OBS works perfectly fine recording videos with sounds from my desktop.
The only problem is that to hear sound from these recorded videos - 1st I have to turn off OBS.

Any tips how to workaround this problem?
