I dont have Hardware encoding =/

I have a GeForce 210 and i have installed the newest drivers yesterday, i even reinstalled OBS (25.0.8 - Win10 64 bits) and the hardware encoding option does not appear to me. Is the video card the problem?

Yes, that GPU is too old to support NVENC. See https://developer.nvidia.com/video-encode-decode-gpu-support-matrix
